At Snowears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and include all documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
